Hi! I’m Kenzie. I’m a personal trainer, functional blood chemistry specialist, and a 43-year-old mom who understands how frustrating it is to do “all the right things” and still feel off.
I love the science — but I care more about helping people understand their bodies and feel supported along the way. My role is to guide you, explain what’s happening, and cheer you on as you build something sustainable.
